Call or go to your provider's website (BT, Sky, TalkTalk, etc.) and ask for "call forwarding" or "divert to" feature.
When someone calls your old number, it will ring straight through to your new Twilio number (and our AI).
Call your old number from another phone. It should be answered by your CallCaptain AI!
